Be honest about your level

Self-report your NTRP accurately. Misrepresenting your level wastes everyone's time.

Show up, or cancel early

Confirmed a session? Show up. Can't make it? Cancel as early as possible — at minimum, message the host on LINE. No-shows hurt your reputation and the community.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abuse

aruu.PLAY has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Harassment, discrimination, hateful or sexually explicit content, threats, and unwanted contact are never allowed. Use the Report button on any profile to flag it, or Block a user to instantly remove them from your feed. We review every report and act within 24 hours — removing the content and suspending or removing the user who posted it.

Respect each other

Tennis is for everyone. No harassment, discrimination, or unwanted contact. If someone makes you uncomfortable, use the Report or Block button.

Meet at the court

Always meet at the court, not at someone's home or car. Daylight hours when possible. Tell a friend where you're going.

Three-strike rule

Three valid reports lead to account suspension. Two no-shows in 30 days lead to a 7-day cooldown on requesting to join sessions.
