What Play1 is

Play1 is a free service that helps tennis players find each other for hitting sessions. Play1 is not a party to any meetings between users; we provide the introduction, you arrange the play.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use Play1.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abuse

aruu.PLAY has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You may not post, send, or share content that is offensive, harassing, threatening, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable, and you may not harass, impersonate, or abuse other users. There is no tolerance for such content or for abusive users.

Every member can report objectionable content or behavior, and can block any user — blocking instantly removes that person from your feed. We review reports and act within 24 hours by removing offending content and suspending or terminating the responsible account. By using aruu.PLAY you agree to these terms.

Conduct

You agree to: (a) provide accurate information about yourself, (b) treat other users with respect, (c) show up to confirmed sessions or cancel with reasonable notice, (d) not use the service to harass, defraud, or harm others.

Liability

You meet other users in person at your own risk. Play1 is not liable for any injury, loss, or dispute arising from sessions arranged via the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or community guidelines.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified via the app.
