What we collect

• When you sign in with LINE: your LINE display name and profile photo.
• When you sign in with Apple: your name (only on first sign-in, if you choose to share it) and your email address. The email may be Apple's private relay address if you choose to hide your real email.
• An account identifier we create for you, and the sign-in provider identifier used to log you back in.
• Your self-rated NTRP, optional bio, and language preference, which you provide during onboarding.
• Sessions you post or join, and any optional message you write with a request.
• Approximate location from your browser or device, only when you grant it for the "near me" sort. We use it to sort sessions by distance and do not store your location history.
• On the iOS app, a push notification token (device identifier) if you enable notifications, so we can send you session reminders and updates.
• Usage and diagnostic data: how you interact with the app (analytics) and crash and performance reports, used to keep the service working and improve it.

What we do NOT collect

• Your phone number, real-world address, or government ID.
• Your precise location history.
• The contents of your LINE conversations — we never read your messages.

How we use your data

To match you with tennis partners. We show your profile (display name, photo, NTRP, bio, attendance rate, completed session count) to other users when you post or join sessions. We use your email and push token to send you account and session notifications, and usage and diagnostic data to operate, maintain, and improve the app. We do not use your data to track you across other apps or websites, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share data with service providers only to run aruu.PLAY:

• Supabase — our database and authentication backend.
• Vercel — application hosting.
• LINE and Apple — sign-in, and (for LINE) notifications.
• Apple Push Notification service — to deliver push notifications to the iOS app.
• PostHog — product analytics.
• Sentry — crash and performance diagnostics.

Each provider processes data subject to its own privacy policy.

Your rights

You can edit your profile or delete your account at any time from your profile page. Account deletion takes effect 24 hours after the request and anonymizes your data.
